Job description
As a Junior Financial Advisor, you will work under the supervision of a manager from the financial services team. Your typical day will involve meeting with clients to discuss their financial needs and developing personalized plans. You will be responsible for analyzing client financial data and implementing appropriate strategies. You will also collaborate with other advisors to ensure quality service. This role will allow you to develop your skills while having a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial planning plans for clients to meet their specific needs.
- Analyze clients' financial data to establish clear goals and tailored strategies.
- Advise clients on the implementation of their financial plans to help them achieve their objectives.
- Negotiate, as necessary, the purchase and sale of financial products based on your credential.
- Ensure regular monitoring of client portfolios to ensure their quality and profitability.
- Participate in prospecting activities to attract new clients and grow the firm's portfolio.
- Collaborate with other advisors to share best practices and improve client service.
- Stay informed of business trends financial market and products available to better advise clients.
- Participate in continuing training to improve your skills and knowledge in the financial field.
Profile sought
The ideal candidate has a university degree in business administration, commerce or economics. Financial Planner certification is an asset, and provincial licensing for the sale of financial products is required. You must have a passion for customer service and an interest in the financial industry. Analytical and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. You must also be able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
