  • Inspect modules in the factory and validate the compliance of materials (quantity, arrangement, attachment) before shipping.
  • Track missing materials, document discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.
  • Determine loading logic to prevent oversights, reduce shortages, and support the efficiency of field teams.
  • Collaborate with technical drawing, purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory, delivery, installation, and site teams to meet deadlines.
  • Propose improvements to standards, procedures, and loading methods to increase consistency between the factory and the field.

  • Master reading plans, specifications, and measurements to produce reliable and complete lists.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wood construction and construction materials/equipment.
  • Understand structural principles, insulation, cladding, doors and windows, as well as plumbing, ventilation, and electricity.
  • Use Excel and computer tools with ease (sufficient basic knowledge) in a French-speaking work environment.
  • Prioritize multiple files simultaneously with a highly developed sense of organization and planning.
  • Influence collaboration without hierarchical management by focusing on communication, analysis, and a solution-oriented approach.

Conditions — stable daytime schedule and comprehensive program

  • Salary between $80,000 and $90,000.
  • Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Access to group insurance, a group RRSP, and a pension plan.

Assets — contexts where you will feel particularly comfortable

  • Have experience in residential construction, prefabricated homes, modular construction, construction material distribution, or building estimation.
  • Contribute to the standardization of lists and the development of loading standards by sharing your technical expertise.
