Join a growing Quebec organization in the residential construction sector and take charge of coordinating after-sales service post-delivery. You will be the central point between clients, technicians, internal teams, and partners to transform sometimes sensitive requests into planned, documented, and rigorously closed interventions.

Responsibilities — deliver a strong customer experience after delivery

  • Receive and analyze after-sales service requests (warranties, corrections) to qualify the need and prioritize actions.
  • Conduct visual inspections of homes in the factory and interpret photos, reports, and lists of corrections to establish the required work.
  • Document files rigorously (work, warranties, contracts, procedures, timelines) and ensure traceability in the internal system.
  • Plan and coordinate service visits by optimizing labor, materials, and grouping of work to reduce travel.
  • Prepare work orders and ensure close follow-up of interventions with technicians and clients until complete closure of files.
  • Participate in departmental purchases and develop operational contacts with suppliers and service partners to support execution.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to non-compliance reports to improve quality and prevent the recurrence of issues.

Profile sought — essential requirements and collaboration style

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in after-sales service and/or work coordination and client file management, in a residential construction context.
  • Master both French and English, orally and in writing, to communicate with clients and partners.
  • Use Microsoft Office with ease and work effectively in an internal file management system.
  • Demonstrate a marked ability to analyze, organize priorities, and negotiate as needed, while keeping an eye on deadlines.
  • Adopt a solution-oriented approach, with listening, empathy, and a sense of customer service in sometimes delicate situations.
  • Show autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in a role that requires managing multiple files and stakeholders simultaneously.

Conditions — what the organization offers

  • Salary of $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
  • Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
