YOUR ROLE:

As a litigation legal assistant, you will work as a team with professionals in their mandates.

Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include:

Prepare standard procedures in civil litigation;
Transcribe dictations;
Maintain the lawyers' agenda and monitor deadlines;
Review documents and correspondence to verify that they comply with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
Carry out the correction, verification and implementation of form of documents;
Manage disputed deadlines, perform calculations and schedule entries;
Prepare and modify correspondence and ensure follow-up;
Prepare client files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.);

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience as a legal assistant in litigation;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Impeccable customer service;
Team spirit and good interpersonal relationships;
Versatility, flexibility and attention to detail.
